If you changed your life to make it better then you need to remember that what gets you healthy is what keeps you healthy.

The steps you take to make yourself a functional person aren’t solutions.

They’re lifestyle choices.

And if you let go of the lifestyle that keeps you in a good place then you won’t stay there.

Humans don’t get fixed or broken. They get better or worse.

So if you’re doing better then make sure you look at what got you there, keep doing it, and make it better over time.

Or you’ll find yourself slipping back to places you thought you’d escaped from forever.

It’s the game of life. And it’s a challenge. But if you volunteer to keep playing and decide that you’ll keep doing what turns you into the best version of yourself. Then you’ll find that you’re built for that game. And you can do it.
