Every fear can be overcome.
But not every amount.
So if something feels impossible to deal with, it’s not because you’re afraid of that specific thing.
It’s because you’re afraid of that thing in that amount.
So if you can break a fear into smaller pieces, even if it’s your greatest fear, it becomes something you can deal with.
Don’t think something is impossible because of what it is, but instead, how much it is.
And learn to give yourself smaller doses of the thing that frightens you most and you learn to be stronger than the thing you fear.
