Power doesn’t make you evil. That’s a lie you’ve been told so that you can feel virtuous about being weak.
And if you think you’re being taken advantage of because someone took your power then consider that maybe you believe power is bad so you gave it away.
But it’s possible to become strong if you let yourself believe that power is a useful tool that you have permission to seek.
The more powerful you let yourself become the less you will feel resentment towards others who have it.
