You think you need to improve your life when it’s you that needs to become better.
If you’re always looking for the thing to do to get the result you want you’re probably focused on the wrong thing.
Your life isn’t a mess because you need a solution to that big problem you’re struggling with.
It’s a mess because you’re drinking too much coffee, not paying your toll bills, not going for a walk in the morning, or whatever stupid task you need to do to start getting real results because you think it’s a waste of your time.
If you start taking small actions that make you into the type of person that improves things then figuring out the solutions will be the easy part.
