If you get your life together, people will ask you to take on more responsibility.

So you must choose how much you’ll accept, or the world will decide for you.

And when you decide, the answer shouldn’t be the most you think you can.

The amount you take on should be less than your maximum capacity.

You have to limit what the world asks of you because the world won’t do it for you.

And if you do this, then you’ll leave space for growth.

Because even though pushing yourself can make you better.

Long-term growth requires recuperation and experimentation, and both happen below max bandwidth.

If you live a life constantly pushing your limit, you’ll never be as great as you could’ve been if you’d left space for a nap.
