If you feel like a failure, there’s only one solution.
You have to stop failing.
Your brain is way too smart to accept any other solution.
But thankfully, there are two ways to do that.
You can change the situation or change how you feel about the situation.
For example, you can keep having the same experience and then change your goals so that the failures no longer feel like failures, but instead an educational process that’s helping you.
Or, you could give yourself smaller tasks that you can succeed at and then you won’t be failing.
If you continue doing the same thing with the same mindset, you will feel like a failure.
But change either one, and you can change how you feel.
