If you want something different from your life, then don’t be normal. There are many negative behaviors that are considered normal. And choosing to reduce or control those behaviors makes you an extraordinary person capable of more than most. Drinking is normal. Uncontrolled eating is normal. Binging Netflix and TikTok is normal. Not moderating your caffeine intake and beating yourself up about your failures and not taking the time to rest and taking on projects that are too big so you’re always a bit overwhelmed and inneffective… These are all normal behaviors. And they make a person get normal results. If you can gain an understanding of what normal behavior is like and choose to be extraordinary by even just moderating a couple of them, you can get extraordinary results.
You don’t have to win an Olympic gold medal to be above average. You just have to eat three healthy meals, manage your money a little better, and work out a bit more often, and you won’t be normal.
And you’ll start getting results that normal people don’t get. Anyone can be extraordinary.
