It’s a four week thing. The goal is to become the type of person who gets more stuff done with less chaotic overwhelm or terrifying boredom.

 

Each week covers a new topic that builds on the previous weeks.

 

Week 1: to do lists, removing extra work, dealing with overwhelm

 

Week 2: choosing what to work on and creating systems

 

Week 3: energy levels and health

 

Week 4: making a schedule you like and will stick to, working towards your purpose

 

We will have 1 group call per week and I’ll give you assignments/tasks each week.
