There’s a limit to how far you can go. And the more you understand and observe that limit the farther you can go.
Overtraining in the gym is an obvious example of this. If you push too far past what you can do you will become less capable.
But there’s a version of overtraining in everything that can be accomplished.
There is a point, right now, where if you go past it, you will be less. And if you choose to push yourself up to that limit, but refuse to go beyond it, then you will be more capable tomorrow.
